Easter is one of my favorite holidays (maybe because of the Cadbury eggs, but that is a different story all together!). The kids had a scream being at Grandma's and the weather even cooperated. The Easter bunny was very kind and we had a great time hunting for eggs and spending time with family.
My uncle Eric recently gave Robbie his first train set. He was SO excited, and has become a huge train fiend. I was hoping to avoid this interest but here we go!
This last weekend we went to Bern, Idaho to visit Nick's parents. It turned out to be a fun and busy weekend. On Saturday, Nick's Mom picked up her Bountiful basket order and inside was a young coconut. We split it in half and put a smoothie inside. Robbie, obviously, thought it was amazing. Even after he spilt it all over his body (thus the child nakedness).
We also went to Rissa's inlaws Dairy/Sheep farm. Ami was entranced with the baby sheep. Robbie, not so much. Lazer boy (as my Dad affectionately calls him) had eyes only for the tractors. He and his cow boy boots were all over that thing.

A lady at my Mom's work was retiring, so I was asked to make a cake. We did a "Surviving Retirement" theme. It was super fun and I learned tons!
Look at this hot mamma! Doesn't she look amazing? Disney princess glasses all the way. They even came with a princess carrying purse. Awesome.
This year for Christmas we were at the Bodily's. As were Rachel's sister Becki, and her family, and Rachel's brothers Jared and Joe. With kids and parents in toe, we numbered 12! Wowsa. 2 Grandparents, 2 uncles, 2 sets of parents and 4 kids under the age of 4. My head is still spinning! The kids had a scream playing and wore themselves out every day. Christmas morning was INSANE but very fun. This picture is just after the kids saw their Santa presents.
